Beatrice ""Bea"" Martinez was born in Walsenburg, Colorado on October 30, 1924 to David Bravo and Maria (Aldrete) Bravo, and passed away at her home in Northglenn, Colorado on January 16, 2018 at age 93. Bea was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leo Martinez and her daughter Carole Dreibilis. She is survived by her husband Charles R. Sloan; children Larry Martinez and wife Laurie, Peggy Broulette and her husband Don, Dave Martinez and his wife Robin, Theresa Bianchi and husband Tim, and Madeline Sturgill, and her husband Robert; her sister Connie Muniz and her husband Bill; her grandchildren Christina Kreutzer, Eddy Owen, Kim Martinez, Michelle Witkowski, Jacob Bravo, Tiffany Garcia, Lexi Zumwalt, Ethan Bianchi, Danielle Martinez, Leo Martinez, Mariah Seeqmiller, Felicia Sturgill, Zachary Sturgill; her great grandchildren, Christopher Kreutzer, Erynn Espinosa, Brittani Sievers, Kaia Bravo, Sofia Bravo, Myla Bravo, Zoe Garcia, Elijah Allarid, Jaxon Allarid, Bella Lucero, Delilah Lucero, Olivia Lucero, Vincent Lucero, Krystal Feliciano; her great-great grandkids, Camden Kreutzer, Hudson Kreutzer, Dante Feliciano, Julian Espinosa. The Rosary will be held Wednesday, January 24th 7:00 PM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 11385 Grant Drive in Northglenn. The Funeral Mass will be Thursday, January 25th, 10:30AM, also at Immaculate Heart of Mary. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery.
