Beatrice "Ann" Neely

Beatrice “Ann” Neely, age 88, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2021 in Centennial, CO.

Born on October 2, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois, to parents, Beatrice and Edward. Following her high school graduation from Denver East, she briefly attended CSU before taking a job in retail, ultimately spending 25+ years as a banker. She was a devout Catholic and was on the Board of Directors for the Hospice of Saint John, where she spent 25+ years volunteering. Her poker nights and fried chicken were not to be missed and her home was the site of many family gatherings. She was also Nick’s biggest cheerleader, attending every baseball/basketball game, regardless of the weather or location.

Ann is survived by her brother (Jack), daughter (Brenda),   and grandson (Nick). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister, Fran.

Services will be held on December 7, 2021 at 12pm at Horan & McConaty, 5303 East County Line Road (West of Holly Street) Centennial, CO 80122.  Relatives and friends are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are welcome at the Porter Hospice at Johnson Center or the Denver Dumb Friends League.
