Benjamin E. Newell

Benjamin Eugene Newell, 44, of Littleton, Colorado passed away on November 9, 2019. Born on September 9, 1975 in Denver, Colorado, son to Henry M. and Willa F. Newell. Ben leaves behind his wife, Kerstin Newell.

Ben was preceded in death by his father; Henry M. Newell, and sibling; Pat Newell. Ben is survived by his wife; Kerstin Newell, mother; Willa F. Newell, siblings; Michael Newell, Holly Newell, Jon Newell, and Allen Webb.

Ben attended Ashwood University where he got his Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology. While at Ashwood University Ben was honored with the Award of Excellence and Distinction for his achievement academically.

Ben honorably served his county with distinctions for The United States Army as sergeant. He took the work ethic he learned serving his country to his job at Flyht as an IT Specialist. In his free time Ben enjoyed world travel. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family hiking or taking target practice at the shooting range.

There will be a Time of Remembrance and Celebration of Ben's Life on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. The family invites everyone to join them immediately following the service for some light refreshments.
