Benjamin E. Valdez

Benjamin E. Valdez of Lakewood, CO passed peacefully on October 13, 2017 at the age of 95. Son of Lawrence and Maria Ida Valdez (both deceased) Ben is survived by his beloved wife of 76 years, Anita Tenorio Valdez; siblings Lolly, Lane and Connie; his loving children, Ben “Bugs” Valdez (Connie), Patti Vigil, Donna Medina (Sam), Leroy Moya (Marie), Mark Moya (Patricia) and Eddie Maes (Jenn); grandchildren Rodney Valdez (Renee), Troy Valdez (Brenda), Randy Reister, Andrea Reister Martinez (Ed), Sammy Medina (Amber), Larry Medina; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ben was predeceased by loving daughter, Barbara Valdez and granddaughter Marrisa Moya. Rosary will be held at 10:30 a.m. on October 19, 2017 at All Saints Catholic Church, 2559 S. Federal Blvd. with funeral mass commencing at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO. Reception details to be announced at services.
