Bernadine ""Bernie"" Langmack passed away peacefully on May 25, 2019 in her home in Northglenn, Colorado. She was 90 years old.
She was born Bernadine M. Gerch on July 13, 1928 to Eva and Walter. She grew up on a farm in Bancroft, Nebraska with her 2 sisters, Marcella and Florence, and brother, Mervin. She attended Sacred Heart High School where she met and married William Langmack. They were married for 66 years. Bernadine was a homemaker while her husband served in the Air Force and later worked at the United States Post Office.
She was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Northglenn, Colorado.
Her family was the most important aspect of her life, where she would take endless amounts of photographs at gatherings. Other interests included, gardening, sewing and baking.
Mrs. Langmack is survived by her husband, Bill; sister, Florence; 3 daughters, Barb (Rick), Colleen and Beverly (Scott); 5 grandchildren, Brian, Scott, Jamie, Travis and Traci; and 5 great-grandchildren, Emory, Isabel, Judah, Madison and Angelina.
A Memorial Service to honor Bernadineâs life will be Tuesday, June 11, 2019, 10:30am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, Thornton. Committal Service to follow at 2:15pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area C, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver.
