Bernard Stephen Radochonski

Bernard Stephen Radochonski, known to all as Bernie, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2023 at the age of 78 with his cherished wife, Denise, by his side as they walked through life together. Bernie was a proud graduate of Brother Rice High School and a Bradley Brave. Growing up in Evergreen Park, Illinois and marrying his college sweetheart, Denise Lenore Olive. They lived in the Chicagoland area until 1988 when they moved to Denver, Colorado with their three children: Bernie, Brad and Kristen. Bernie was delighted when all three settled in Colorado with successful careers and to raise their families nearby.

Bernie’s 55+ year career in the insurance industry allowed him to care for his family and do all that he loved. He was an avid golfer, loved to play cards, follow sports, and travel to Florida. His greatest joy was time spent with his seven grandchildren, who all brought a smile to his face and joy to his heart.

Bernard Stephen Radochonski is survived by his wife Denise Lenore Radochonski; children & spouses: Bernie & Allison Radochonski, Brad & Carey Radochonski, Kristen & Christopher Pryor; grandchildren: Haley, Joe, Eliza, Reed, Jack, Brady and Peyton; extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Jeanette & Stephen Radochonski; his in-laws: Eleanor & Joe Olive and daughter-in-law: Kristen Kay Radochonski.

Tuesday, July 18, 2023, Visitation from 4:00pm – 5:00pm, Celebration of Life at 5:00pm at Horan & McConaty, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, CO. Reception to follow services, location to be shared by family.
