Berry E. Oliver passed away January 3, 2012 after a long illness. He is survived by Margaret, his loving wife and best friend of 53 years, his sisters Angela and Sharon, his children Rita (Mike), Roberta, Richard (Michelle), James (Angela), William (Billie), Rosemarie (Ron), Ann, Mary, Kevin, and Tracy (Brad), 25 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Carolyn, his son Chris and his great-granddaughter Sonoma. He was born November 18, 1938 to Richard and Jacqueline Oliver in Denver. At a young age, he started working at the family meat market, Olivers Meat and Seafood Market where he cheerfully helped people until his death. An avid fan of Denver history, Berry could be counted on to be a reliable source of wonderful information, directions and memories of colorful Denverites. His hobbies included fishing, sports, and enjoying the Rocky Mountain National Park where he had a cabin. A Funeral Mass and a Celebration of his Life will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 7:00 PM at St. Therese Catholic Church, E. 13th and Kenton St., Aurora, Colorado.
