Betty Jo Agan

Betty Jo Agan, age 83, of Edgewater Colorado passed away on April 16, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 3, 1935 in Corning, IA, she is the daughter of Harold Frank and Helen (Higgins) Westlake. Betty met Larry Agan in 1986, and they were married on July 1, 1999. Together they shared nearly 33 years as partners and best friends.

Betty worked as an office manager for most of her working career, after raising her two children. She enjoyed painting, gardening, music, dance, spoiling her pets, and laughing.

In addition to her husband, Larry, she is survived by her brother Danny Westlake, daughters Cindy Triplett and Debbie Aquino, stepson Lawrence Agan, stepdaughter Deidre Agan, granddaughter Amanda Olin, and grandson Nathan Olin.

A Visitation and remembrance of Betty will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 beginning at 10:00 am at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80227, followed by a Graveside service at 11:30 am at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Area ""B"", 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80235. Please attend one or both events.
