Betty Jean Bove, age 91, passed away peacefully on May 9th, 2021 in Bellevue, WA.
She was born in Montgomery County, Tennessee on March 4, 1930 and was raised in Kentucky. Betty was the eighth of nine children, five brothers and three sisters, to James Rogers and Georgia Lee Bryant.
She worked in retail bookkeeping until she married John Bove Sr. and moved to Lafayette, later settling in Denver, Colorado.
Betty will lovingly be remembered by four children, Veronica, Yvonne (Mike) with four grandchildren, Brenda, with two grandchildren, and John Jr. (Terry Ann) with two grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
She has loved and served her Lord Jesus faithfully since her youth. Betty was a blessing to many, as a daughter, sister, aunt, wife, sister-in-law, mother, grandmother, and as someone that touched many lives with her kindness and hospitality. Betty’s family was a priority and she always kept them in her thoughts and prayers. She will be missed by all those whose lives she touched.
