Betty Dragseth

Betty Dragseth, 77, of Centennial, Colorado passed away peacefully on May 9 at home. Born February 15, 1944 in Madison, South Dakota, she was the daughter of Esther and Chester Hanson.  Chester passed away in September 1944.  Esther later married Joseph Alfson.  Betty married Paul Dragseth on June 17, 1966 at Grace Lutheran Church in Nunda, South Dakota.  They lived in Sioux Falls, South Dakota until March, 1979 at which time they moved to Centennial, Colorado.

Betty is survived by her husband Paul, daughter Lisa, son Tracy (Anne), grandson Taylor, granddaughter Taryn, brother Rudy Alfson and niece Nikki.

Also surviving are her brothers-in-law Ken Dragseth (Mari) and Gary Dragseth (Carole), sister-in-law Vicki (Lee), nephew David, niece Dana and numerous cousins.

Betty was preceded in death by her mother Esther, father Chester, stepfather Joseph and niece Darci Alfson.

Per Betty’s request there will be no funeral services.
