Betty was known for her bright smile and eagerness to help her friends and family.  She took great pride in helping the women in her church crochet baby blankets, hats and other items needed for new infants.  Betty enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and was always eager to teach them how to cook wonderful Mexican meals.  Betty enjoyed quilting, crocheting, sewing, puzzles and spending time with all her family.   Her compassion to help in any situation will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

The family will be holding a memorial service for her at the LDS Church located at 1951 Elmwood Lane, Westminster, CO 80221, on Saturday the 15th at 1:00 PM with Bishop Harris presiding, with a reception to follow. Per Bettys instruction she chose to be cremated with no viewing or graveside service.

The family requests that all flowers and/or cards be sent to 8280 Louise Drive, Denver, CO 80221.  We invite you to view, add condolences and share stories with all that loved her on her tribute wall.

The sudden loss of this beloved woman will be felt by all who knew her.  We will all miss her deeply but know that she is in a better place, and she will feel no more pain.  May our heavenly father take you in his arms and prepare you for our arrival.
