Betty Hoepner Phillips

81, of Denver, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Jack, sister Irene Blodgett (Emmett), son Jack Jr. (Lea Cantrell), daughters Jill Phillips-Strain (Jeff), Jan (Jerry Kappler), and granddaughters Emma and Laura Phillips-Strain. Betty was dearly loved by many. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 6500 E. Girard Ave., Denver 80224 (corner of E. Hampden Ave. and S. Monaco Blvd.). Memorial contributions to Calvary Baptist Church of Denver or American Cancer Society.
