Betty Putnam

Betty Mae Putnam, 83, of Arvada passed away on April 13, 2021 at her home. Born on November 28, 1937 in Colorado she was the daughter of Robert O. and Viola H. (Hirst) Beatty. Betty married Charles Putnam on November 20, 1954 and together they shared 66 years of marriage.

Betty worked as a Geologist Assistant

She enjoyed travelling, her pets, her flower garden, family activities and time with numerous friends

She will be remembered for joy, laughter, and helping others

In addition to her husband, Chuck she is survived by her daughters, Linda (Dennis) Burandt, Doreen (Frank) Holtry, and Susan Mackin, 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson, numerous nieces and nephews

She is preceded in death by parents, sisters Bernice, Carol brother Robert, son in-law James Mackin

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a Rosary Service at 6:00 pm at Horan & McConaty, 7577 W. 80th Ave. Arvada, CO 80003. Funeral Service on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00am at Table Mountain Baptist Church, 16735 W 63rd Pl, Golden, CO 80403. Burial will follow in Arvada Cemetery.
