Betty Jean Wilson

Betty Jean Wilson was born June 21, 1930 in Limon Colorado, to Rodney C. Morrison and Laura Etta Knapp, as the seventh of eight children. Betty graduated high school as second in her class, and received a scholarship to the University of Colorado for one year. She moved to Denver in January of 1950, where she worked during the day and attended school at night. Betty met Delbert Earl Wilson, Navy Veteran, and they were married March 18, 1951. Together, they had three beautiful daughters, Laura Lee (Joe), Lynn Del, and Kimberly Ann (Fred). She leaves behind three granddaughters; Lindsey Ann (Jarred), Lacey A, and Jessica Lynn, as well as three grandsons; Reed Anthony, Joshua Allen, and Stefan Angelo; and four great-granddaughters; Regan Lynn, Madison Joy, Lilly ADel and Chevy DeLyana. Betty is preceded in death by her late husband Delbert and daughter Lynn. Donations can be made in honor of Betty, to a charity of choice.
