Beverly Ann Forrester

May 11, 1943 — February 29, 2020

Nanny Bev's, Beverly Forrester, passed away peacefully on February 29th 2020. After suffering a massive stroke on October 31st 2019 she spent her last days comforted by her family and loving husband. Beverly was born in Midland, Texas in 1943 as a World War II baby and spent all but a few months of her life as a Colorado resident, never leaving the Washington Park Neighborhood. A graduate of South High Class of 1962 under her maiden name Beverly Bottom, she met David Forrester and started a family that grew to four children. Nanny Bev's was known among her friends and family as an adventurous soul that liked to travel and was not afraid to try new things. Her love of family is reflected in the numerous photos she took and the subsequent photo albums she compiled. Beverly is survived by her husband David Forrester, her sons Anthony Forrester, Jason Forrester, and Steven Forrester, and her grandchildren, Kelsey Forrester, Scott Forrester, Zachary Burtt, Danielle Forrester, Chandler Burtt, Alyssa Forrester, and her sister Linda McGrady, she is preceded in death by her daughter Stacia Burtt. Services will be held Saturday the 7th of March 2020 at 10 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church, 2559 S. Federal Blvd, Denver 80219, wake to follow at family home.
