Beverly Nichols

Beverly Lou Nichols – 88

Beverly Nichols, 88, of Thornton, Colorado, was granted her wings on May, 16th at her home. Her final days were spent surrounded by her loved ones.

Beverly was born on January 9th, 1933, in Indiana, PA. After graduation she met and married her husband of 65 years, James A. Nichols, Sr.

Beverly and Jim relocated to Colorado Springs, where Jim was stationed at Ft. Carson. Later they relocated to Denver, Colorado. Although Beverly worked in manufacturing for Seimens, her finest accomplishments were as a beloved wife, devoted mother, and proud homemaker.

Beverly’s greatest joys were raising her children and providing a beautiful home for her family.  Beverly was also wonderful cook.

Beverly is survived by her three children and their spouses, Kandis (Kandi) Nichols Sanders, and Mike, Karen Marotzke and Dale, and James (Skip) Nichols and Liz; two grandsons, Stan Gollobith, and Jeremy Nichols; three great grandchildren, Alyssa, Derreck and Brandon; one aunt, Betty Maben, and five nieces; Connie Hines, Deb Peters, Nancy Petrella, Pam Webb, and Toni Bellock.

She will be reunited in heaven with her husband, parents and one brother.

A private service for Beverly will be held on Thursday, May 20th and her cremains will be interred at a later date with her loving husband, Jim, at Ft Logan Cemetery.
