Billie June Ledford

Billie J. Ledford, 97, of Denver passed away on May 28, 2016. She was born in Virginia, graduated from Valley High School near Warm Springs Virginia and Bluefield Business College in Bluefield, WV. Throughout her life she held various office jobs and was active in her church. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Earl, in 1998. She is survived by her two sons Thomas E. and Robert T. Ledford of Virginia and Colorado, respectively, and also 6 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, and 13 great grandchildren. She was happy throughout her life and always maintained a good sense of humor and a positive friendly attitude. She loved her family and she will be missed by her friends at Windsor Gardens with whom she enjoyed playing golf, bridge and table tennis. Memorial Services will be at Horan & McConaty, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. (at Parker Road), Aurora, CO 80014 on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 10:00 am. Burial, Masonic Garden, Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Mercer County, West Virginia.
