80, passed away peacefully July 27, 2007. Born in Cleveland, OH, he graduated from Princeton Univer- sity, served briefly in the Navy, and then joined the Foreign Service and worked in Liberia and Germany. He then attended Harvard Law School. He moved to Denver in 1957 to practice law and, along with his wife Joan, raised 4 children. He was an avid reader, skier, climber and traveler. He helped found the Samaritan Center and worked at Metro CareRing food bank during his retirement years. He spent his last years with his loving wife and family, continued to travel extensively, dined and conversed with friends, played golf and wrote and published a novel. He is survived by his wife Joan, children Brad, Peter, Sarah and Marti; and 6 grandchildren. Memorial service Sat. August 4th, 1:00 PM Wellshire Presbyterian Church.
