Bradley James Best

Born in Alliance, Nebraska on November 10th, 1975 (opening day of pheasant season!). He spent his early years in Alliance Nebraska entertaining friends and family with his wide smile and silly sense of humor. He moved with his mom and siblings to Lincoln when he was 9. He spent several years in Lincoln where he attended Pershing Elementary and Lincoln Northeast High School. He also took his charms to Aurora, Colorado where he attended Horizon Middle School. He had recently studied Information Technology at Metro State in Denver, Colorado. Brad had many adventures and ultimately settled down in Phoenix, Arizona. He became a proud father to Conner Bradley Best. In 2007 Brad returned to Aurora, Colorado and welcomed son number two, Sean Hunter Lee Best to the family in 2012. Becoming a father was life changing for Bradley. He put his heart and soul into making sure his boys felt loved and supported in every way possible. Brad is survived by his wife Susan Best, his two sons, Conner and Sean. His father Jim Best, his stepmom Brenda Best, his mother Deborah Best, his sister Nicolle Hunter, his brothers Ryan Best and Richard Diaz. He is also survived by his Grandmother Cecilia Reed, his Great Aunt Marie Cassell and his nephew Ian Zoz. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins who loved him very much. Brad was preceded in death by both grandfathers, Delazon Teel and Merrill Best and his Grandmother Darlene Best. Brad worked at Kohl's department store in Aurora, was an avid gun collector, had cleared every available level in Candy Crush Saga and kept everyone laughing with his sense of humor. He died on Oct 6th 2013 in Aurora, Colorado. Services will be at 11am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, 80014, on Saturday October 12th, 2013.
