Bradley John Thompson

March 1, 1952 — July 7, 2019

Brad Thompson, age 67, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2019. Brad was born on March 1, 1952 to Margaret and Omer Thompson, in Munich, Bavaria Germany. He spent his professional life working as a custom home builder, earning him the Colorado Custom Home Builder Award. Brad was an accomplished carpenter and builder of many beautiful things. Above all, Brad was a loyal, loving, dedicated family man and great friend to so many people. He was an avid animal lover and proud pet owner to a white lab named Mya and a black lab named Josie. Brad truly made their world, and the world of all he touched, a better place.

As many of you may know, Brad was not a formal kind of guy, so we invite you to please dress in casual attire for the celebration of life.

Brad is survived by his wife, Teri Thompson; his two beautiful daughters, Chelsie Thompson (Sean O'Keefe) and Kaitlyn Thompson; his siblings: Randall (Leanne) Thompson, Richard (Konnie) Thompson and Deanna (Ronald) Meyer; his nieces and nephews: Jason Thompson, Justin Thompson, Randall Thompson Jr., Sterling Thompson, Shelley Thompson, April Thompson, Kirsten Thompson, Christopher Thompson, Ryan Meyer, Marianne Meyer and Suzanne Meyer; and his beloved pets Mya, the 11 year old white lab and Josie, the 4 year old black lab. Brad is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret Marie and Omer Charles Thompson and brother, Jeffrey (Anita) Thompson.

Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions can be made in Brad's honor, to Joshua Station, an outreach organization that provides transitional housing to homeless families. Please see the link below to donate.
