Brodie McGuire Pisack, 24, a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on August 18, 2023, in Centennial, Colorado. He was born on December 12, 1998, in Denver, Colorado.

He entered the world with abundant energy and zest for life and a smile that would light up any room. He loved nature and every type of adventure that came his way. Brodie was truly a lover of the natural world and especially enjoyed time in the National Parks and outdoor spaces.

Brodie built a strong community of friends through a lifetime involvement in Boy Scouts. With the support of his family, friends and the leaders that were so special to him, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. His big heart guided him to projects that benefited his community, including food drives and hundreds of hours of service to others. 

Brodie was a Heritage High School honors graduate, class of 2017. Along with his academic achievements, he we a competitive swimmer, member of the ultimate frisbee team and student mentor to underclassmen. Brodie was passionate about his close-knit friend group who were along on the journey with him from the earliest days of elementary school. 

Brodie continued his education at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in science Business Administration at the Leeds School of Business. He was recognized for high scholastic achievement with membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma international honor society. He fondly cherished his time working as an equipment manager for the CU Buffalo football team and remained a diehard Buffs fan following his graduation in 2020. 

Brodie had begun a working career as a Financial Analyst in banking in the Denver area.

Brodie loved his people. His lifelong friends were a pillar of support and happy memories. He always greeted his large family unit with warmth, energy, care and loyalty to everyone young and old. 

Brodie leaves behind his loving family: his devoted parents, Heather McGuire and Edward Joseph Pisack III; and his loving sister, Bella Pisack. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Nancy and Rusty and numerous loving aunts, Cheryl, Sue-Ann, and Zoe, uncles, Tim, Ed, and Bryan, and cousins, Katie, Matt, Luca and Finn. 

A Celebration of Life to honor and remember Brodie will be held on September 3, 2023, at the Horan & McConaty, located at 5303 E County Line Road, in Centennial, Colorado, allowing family, friends, and acquaintances to come together to share their memories and pay their respects.

The viewing will begin at noon the service will begin at 1:00 PM.

Brodie's untimely departure has left a void in the hearts of those who loved him. However, his spirit will live on through the memories shared by those fortunate enough to have known him. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate the life of this extraordinary human who brought so much love and light into our lives.
