Bruce Duane Einspahr

Bruce Duane Einspahr, 92, passed away on June 16^th, 2020 in Lakewood, Colorado. He was the husband of Lillian married on December 16, 1970 and they shared 49 ½ years of marriage.

Born near Flagler, Colorado on November 7^th, 1927 he was the son of Peter and Lillian Einspahr. He attended Flagler High School, and was employed with the state of Colorado for 40 years in the highway department as a structural bridge draftsman.

Bruce was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. He enjoyed his family and was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.

He will be remembered for his faith, loyalty to family and country, generosity, corny jokes, and five-dollar bets with Lillian over who was right.

He is survived by his wife Lillian (Crunch). Brother William. Sons – Robert (Kareen), and Stephen. Daughters – Paula, Lynda, and Lisa. Grandchildren – Paul, Jesse, Alyssa, Brandon (Vanessa), Andrew, Brittany (Yazan), Andrea, and Katrina. Many great grandchildren nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Glenn, sons – James and Gary, and grandson Gregory.

The memorial service will be held on June 26^th, 2020 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church 2100 Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80214. The viewing will start at 9, with the service at 10, and the internment at Crown Hill Cemetery 7777 w. 29^th Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 at noon.

In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church in his memory.
