Bryce Jackman

April 20, 1934 — November 30, 2020

Bryce Albert Jackman, 86, formerly of Lakewood Colorado, passed away peacefully November 30, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Bryce was born April 20, 1934 in Brigham City, Utah to Mark and Carrie Jackman.

He attended and played football at Snow College and the University of Utah where he graduated in Education. He served in the Army during the Korean war. He also served a mission to Denmark (his mother’s homeland) for2 ½ years when he was 19 and then 3 additional missions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with his beautiful wife and eternal companion. He stood tall in stature and spirit and was honored and loved by all who knew him.

Bryce is survived by his beloved wife, Marilyn Rowley Jackman; eight children, Sharlene (William) Arthur; Jill (Lee) Bumgardner; Bryce Jr. (Rebecca) Jackman; Lorin (Kolleen) Jackman; Mark (Penny) Jackman; James (Janae) Jackman; Marilee (Robert) LeTerneau; Michelle (Shad) Douglas; 49 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; siblings Dallas Jackman and Julianne Nielson. Preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Bryce will be buried in the Golden City Cemetery.
