Caesar ""Papa"" Jimenez

Caesar ""Papa"" Jimenez was born August 17, 1929 in Keenesberg, Colorado to Alejandro Jimenez and Maria (Gonzales) Jimenez, and passed away October 21, 2016 in Denver, Colorado at age 87. Caesar is survived by his wife of 67 years, Dorothy ""Baina"" (Trujillo) Jimenez, children; Christopher Jimenez, Arthur Jimenez, Carolyn Jimenez, and Regina Jimenez. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members. He was preceded in death by his son Alfred Jimenez, and his brothers and sister; Bernabe ""Indio"" Franco, Basilio Jimenez, Paul Jimenez, Vincent Jimenez, Josephine Leal, and Theodore Jimenez. At his request, he will be buried at a private ceremony at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Military honors will be rendered by the United States Marines.
