Bunker, Carl M. Survived by wife Pat; five children; 11 grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Carl D. and Bernice Bunker. He served in the 6th Armored Division in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946 where he fought in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe. He worked as a nuclear geophysicist for the U.S. Geological Survey. Despite these accomplishments, he is most remembered for his simple and generous spirit.
