Carl R. Galvin, 84, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away on October 10, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Edna Farwell Galvin; and daughters Christine K. Rowe, Connie J. Weber, and Colleen M. (Warren) Wright, and son Kim R. (Judy) Galvin. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Karen. He was blessed with seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, sister Shirley Steck of Cody, Wyo, and a party boat full of nieces, nephews and friends. Carl was a Pearl Harbor Survivor and a member of the Improved Order of Redmen. Visitation will be held from 6-8PM, Wednesday, this evening, and a Funeral Service, 12:30PM, Thursday, both at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, followed by interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
