Carl A. Kisselman

Carl Alexander Kisselman was born on September 23, 1976. Carl graduated from Bear Creek High School and shortly after he joined the United States Marine Corp. Carl served proudly for the USMC from 1996-2000. During that time he married his high school sweetheart, Dana. Carl & Dana were married in January 1998. Dana moved to Oahu, Hawaii to be with Carl while he finished up his time in the USMC. After being honorably discharged from the Marines, Carl and Dana moved back home to Colorado. In January 2003 they welcomed their first child, Connor. Three years later, in September 2006, they welcomed their daughter, Kayla. Carl was a very proud and wonderful dad. Carl then attended Metro State College, became a security guard, and eventually attended the Police Academy at Arapahoe Community College. Carl worked hard and excelled, becoming the top student in the academy. Just a few months after graduating, Carl found his ""home"" with the Englewood Police Department. Carl was never happier than when he was out patrolling the ""hood"". Carl found his calling as a Police Officer. During his time with Englewood Carl did many special assignments, taught his peers many classes, and was promoted to Detective. Carl had 11 wonderful years with Englewood. Carl's children were his pride and joy, as was his job & extended family at Englewood. Everyone who met Carl loved him and he will be missed dearly.
