Carmel L. Ramos

Carmel L. Ramos was born in Lafayette, Colorado on October 28, 1928 to Joseph Eugene Abeyta and Katherine (Martinez) Abeyta, and passed away at her home in Commerce City, Colorado on May 22, 2017 at age 88. Carmel was married to Mike Ramos on March 18, 1946. He preceded her in death October 29, 1995. She is survived by her children, Katherine Garcia and her husband Lee, Jennie Salinas and husband Michael, Benita Benham and husband Wayne, Michael Ramos and wife Louise, and Ruby Lindley. She is also survived by 60 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, May 26th, 3PM - 6PM, follwed by the Rosary at 6PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Boulevard. Concluding Services will be in Sacramento, California, and she will be laid to rest with her husband Mike at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nello, California.
