Carol Martinez was born January 30, 1928, and passed on December 27, 2007. Carol was born in Cimarron, Kansas; she moved to Denver in 1941. She started working for Harry Neumann in 1964, who was a very integral part of her learning the material handling business. She worked as a Sales Coordinator for Murray Equipment Co., and Welch Equipment Co. until she retired in 1994. Carol loved God, her family, her music, her martini's and LIFE. She celebrated 80 years of living without any serious mishaps, although in her final years she fought for her breath. One of the last things Carol said was: SO, WHEN TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME, DONT THINK WE ARE FAR APART, FOR EVERY TIME YOU THINK OF ME I AM RIGHT HERE IN YOUR HEART. Carol Martinez, 79, of Denver has gone to be with her loving husband, George, the man of her dreams, on Dec. 27. Survived by son Mark (Bonnie), son Tom, daughter Shelley (Wade), stepdaughters; Virginia, Georgetta, Deborah, sister Doris (Yock), 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by daughter Donna (Bob). No funeral or memorial services per Carol's request, we will celebrate her life at a later date
