April 2, 1946 — January 31, 2011

Carol Ellen Uhler, 64 years old. Beloved mother and grandmother passed away on January 31, 2011. Carol was born in Darby, Pennsylvania, April 2, 1946 and grew up in Denville, New Jersey. She lived in Parker, Colorado where she was a loyal employee at the Parker King Sooper's Pharmacy for 20 years. She is survived by her 4 children: Kristy Walters and spouse Patrick, Amy Goebel of Ada, John Woelz and spouse Trina, Robert Woelz and Anna Hendricks; her mother Ellen Uhler; brothers William and Jenny Uhler, Robert and Bert Uhler, and Patrick Uhler; and Sister Naomi Uhler and their families. She was a wonderful active grandmother to 10 grandchildren: Connor Walters, Brennan Walters, Sydney Walters, Natalie Walters, Maggie Goebel, Abbey Goebel, Lilly Goebel, Britini Hinkley, Trevor Hinkley, Madeline Hinkley, who all loved and adored her dearly. She recently became a great grandmother to Valerie Jennings. She had a passion for gardening and being outdoors. She adopted and cared for many animals in her life and always had a dog that she loved like part of the family. She had many friends who loved her. When she made a friend, she kept that friend for life. She worked hard all her life and always put others before herself. She gave from the heart and had a strong faith. She would want to be remembered for her strengths, her strong spirit, her kind soul, and her ability to see the good in people. Memorial Services for Carol will be held February 18th, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, Centennial, Colorado 80122.
