Carole Ann Mikowski

Carole passed away on February 6, 2011 surrounded by her children. She was preceded in death by companion, Boyce “Gene” Routen. She is survived by her children, Corrine Cummane of Boulder, Montana; Cathy Ibarra of Federal Heights; Lucy McLeer of Federal Heights and Glen (Terri) Mikowski of St. Simons, Georgia; grandchildren Sarah Swanson of Traverse City, Michigan; Austen Ibarra of Federal Heights; Alicia and Rachel Mikowski of St. Simons, Georgia; her aunt, Helen Komborski of Las Vegas, Nevada; and beloved dog, Sassy.

Visitation, Wednesday, February 9, 2011, 12-2pm with Funeral Service beginning at 2pm, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street in Thornton, Colorado. Reception to follow service at Holiday Hills Village Clubhouse, 2000 West 92nd Avenue, Denver, Colorado.

The family is accepting flowers at the service or donations in Carole’s honor be made to the American Cancer Society, 2255 South Oneida Street, Denver, CO 80224.
