Caroline Denver Stephens, 60 years of age, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on October 9, 2013. She is survived by her children, Sarah (Phillip) Borrego, Rebecca (Dion) Reisbeck, Michael Zuniga; grandchildren, Shelby Borrego, Jordyn Reisbeck, Alicia Zaragoza, Lanae Zaragoza, Jadyn Borrego, Christian Reisbeck and Marcus Zaragoza; great-grandchild, Aaliah Zaragoza; siblings, John (Becky) MacDonald, Geralinda (Jon) Bergh and Catherine (Jim) Breheny. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado.
