She was taught piano by her mother. She also loved to dance and sing. She left O.U. to get married and raise 4 children: Linda Sue, Michael Patrick, John Carl and Carolyn Marie. Sue made extra money by teaching voice lessons. She raised the kids for several years. She was divorced from first husband, and began working at Hospe Music in Omaha; Working in Sheet Music Department '"" and underwent training to become manager. Sue met Richard (Dick) Moore at a 4th of July party, 1968. It was ""Love at First Sight for Dick"", and Sue was smitten, too. August 23, 1969, Dick & Sue tied the knot at Dundee Presbyterian in Omaha; all 6 kids were in the wedding party. When asked what he was going to do after acquiring four children to merge with his own, Dick replied, 'Love Them!' Except for a 1 é½ year hiatus in Omaha, they called Colorado home for life. Sue attended Regis University, earning her degree in Communications, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
