Carolyn J. Prolisco

Carolyn J. Prolisco, 63, passed away on July 16, 2005. She was born in Peoria, Illinois on June 14, 1942. Beloved daughter of Rozella Stiarwalt; wife of Walter; mother of Samantha and Matthew; grandmother of Hope Marie. Carolyn will be remembered for her inspiration and courage during years of extended illness. She will be greatly missed. A private celebration of her life will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in Carolyn's name to: Porter Hospice at the Johnson Center, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, or the American Cancer Society.
