Catherine Marie Smith

Catherine Marie Smith, age 91, of Aurora, passed away Sept. 9, 2012. Born July 3, 1921 to the late Sidney and Mary (Brennan) Caine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Catherine is survived by children Joe (Pat) Smith, Ron (Nita) Smith, Kathleen (Sam) Musser, Carolyn Smith, Marylou (John) Johnson and Janet (Bruce) Kromlich; 19 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Smith, Jr. A Vigil Service with Recitation of the Rosary will take place Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 7:00 in the evening at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Avenue in Aurora with viewing one hour prior. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, at 10:00 in the morning at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 13120 E. Kentucky Avenue in Aurora with burial following at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Wheat Ridge.
