Cecile M. Bolls

Cecile Marie Marguerite Menard Bolls died peacefully of natural causes March 25, 2009 in Centennial, CO. She was born January 23, 1916 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, to Joseph Pascal Menard and Marie Rose Savoie Menard. Cecile was an Administrative Assistant at the Baldwin Park School District for many years and maintained her residence in West Covina, California, after her retirement. She was actively involved in the West Covina Woman's Club and served in numerous offices including President. After her husband's death in 1994 she moved to Colorado to be closer to her daughter. Cecile is survived by her son, Douglas (and wife Sherry) Bolls, of Trophy Club, TX; and her daughter, Diane (and husband Raymond) Drost, of Greenwood Village, CO. She also leaves behind 6 grandchildren: Geoffrey (and wife Deirdra) Drost, Ryan Drost, Timothy (and wife Darci) Drost, David Bolls, Andrew Bolls and Alexander Bolls. She was a proud Great-Grandmother of Alexandra and Delaney Drost. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her sister, Madeleine Rush. A Funeral service for Cecile will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2009, at 10:30 a.m., Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 E. County Line Road, Centennial, CO 80122. Cecile will be interred in Forest Lawn Memorial Park - Covina Hills, CA., next to her husband of 57 years, Milton Tanner Bolls.
