Charlene Marie Pontarelli

Our beloved Charlene Pontarelli, age 83 passed away peacefully on March 29, 2009. Charlene was preceded in death by Joe her husband of 61 years, survived by five children David (Connie), Jodee(Terry) Mickelson, Linda (Steve) Romano, Barbara, and Tom (Terri); eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister of Elizabeth Woodley and Stanley (Pat) Lamirato; sister-in-law of Tony Pontarelli, Fifi Pontarelli, and Mary Ann Lamirato; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Stella Lamirato. Charlene was born and raised in Denver. She touched many hearts, was a gentle soul, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and confidant. Viewing, Sunday, from 2:00 to 4:00pm; Rosary 4:00pm, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Blvd. Funeral Mass, Monday, 10:00am, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 3549 Navajo St. Interment, Fort Logan National Cemetery.
