Charles R. Cline

Charles ""Chuck"" R. Cline was born March 31, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio. Being a military family the Cline's were stationed in bases from east to west coasts, even spending a couple of years in Germany. They ultimately settled in Colorado Springs where Chuck graduated from Palmer High School in 1965. After graduating he joined the Navy where he served four years including a term in Vietnam. He was discharged in April of 1969. After being discharged, Chuck moved to Denver, Colorado where he met his wife Judy and started working for German Motors which led to numerous jobs working on Mercedes Benz vehicles. Ultimately he opened his own Mercedes garage which he owned and operated from 1978 through 1985. At this time, he started taking government jobs and in 1993 he established Cline Associates, Inc. Chuck was a packaging equipment engineer who sold and repaired packaging equipment. This business he ran up until his death. Chuck is survived by his wife Judy whom he married in Venango, Nebraska in 1970 and his son Jens, born in 1974. Chuck is also survived by his 4 sisters, Connie, Carol, Cindy and Cathy and other family members including Kimberly and Rhiannon LaShell. He is preceded in death by his mother Dottie and father Roger. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 11:30 AM at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. The Interment will follow the Reception at 2:15 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado.
