Charlie, 71, of Denver, Colorado passed June 19, 2014. He was born in Sterling, Colorado. Charlie may be best known as a Car Enthusiast, Outdoorsman, Sports Fan, RTD driver/instructor, Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Plant Process Specialist/Chemical Operator and Owner/Operator Capri Barber Shop. Survived by his wife of 50 years, Judy; children, Charles, Jr. ""Chip"" (Rene), Max, Felicia (Johnathon) Evans; grandchildren, Joe, Evangeline, Jordan, & Elliot; great grandchildren, Devin & Ashton; and sisters, Theresa Becker, Edith Gray, & Delores Padilla. Preceded in death by his parents and brothers Donald and Ronald Padilla. Poppy will be remembered for his love of family, sense of humor & friendliness to everyone.
