Charles ""Fritz"" Pakiser

Charles Fritz Pakiser, 58, of Shawnee, Colorado, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 6, 1954 in Denver, Colorado to Dan and Elaine Pakiser. He married Edna Lamping on October 8, 1981. Preceding him in death are his father, Dan Pakiser and brother, Danny Pakiser. He is survived by his wife Edna Pakiser; daughters: Ginny (Tim), Heather and Terri; grandchildren: Allysa, Richard, Kayley and Dakota; brothers and sisters: James, Jeremy (Linda), Robert, Karen, Dianne, Delma; and by several nieces and nephews. Fritz spent his early years after high school enlisted in the U.S. Navy from 1973 to 1979. In addition, he was a Deputy Sheriff for Clear Creek County for several years, until pursuing other careers as a mechanic and electrician. Fritz was a native of Colorado. During his free time he enjoyed camping, fishing, card games, reading books, listening to music, cooking and spending time with friends and family. Memorial services will be held at Horan and McConaty located at 3020 Federal Blvd (Speer and Federal) in Denver, Colorado. Viewing will start at 11:00 am and memorial service to follow at 12:00 pm. A Potluck reception will follow after the memorial service at Highland Park, located at 32nd and Federal Blvd. (please bring your favorite dish). Fritz will be cremated in the days following the service. The ""burial"" will take place at a later date in Webster, Colorado.
