Charles A. Salazar, 80, passed away surrounded by his family on April 6, 2020. He was born to Joseph and Bertha Salazar on July 5, 1939 in Pueblo Colorado where he later graduated from Centennial High School. He married his beloved wife Lillian on June 28, 1958 and they were blessed with three sons. Chuck worked for the State of Colorado as a Maintenance Supervisor with CDOT. He worked hard and took pride in taking care of his family. You could commonly find Chuck spending time with his family or watching a cowboy western movie. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Chuck is survived by his wife of over 61 years Lillian; his children Randy (Lillian Sanchez, fiancé) Salazar, Jack (Louella) Salazar, and Darryl Salazar; his grandchildren Leticia Vick, Bernadette Salazar, RJ Salazar, Amanda Lacey, Caleb Ebel, Zachary Keith, Isaiah Vick, and Angelina Salazar; his siblings Georgia Quintana, Anabel Sanchez, Peggy Connoly, Toby Salazar, Leroy Salazar, and Ben Salazar; and many other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings Felix Salazar, Patricia Vialpando, and Priscilla Marquez.
Due to the current health concerns the family will be gathering privately at this time. Thank you for understanding.
