Charles J. Schroer, 87, Lakewood, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Louise, and numerous extended family members. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 5:30 to 6:30PM, Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, 80227. Funeral Mass, Thursday, May 22, 10:30AM, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 1985 Miller St., Lakewood, 80215. Burial will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Family suggests memorials be made to the American Ex-Prisoners of War, Mile High Chapter, 3191 S. Leyden St. Denver CO 80222
