Charles C. ""Foggy"" Stairs, 76, of Elizabeth, passed away July 12, 2011. Survived by wife of 53 years, Kathleen; sons Mike Stairs & his wife Sam and Doug Stairs & his wife Lisa; grandchildren Kasie Stairs and Warren Stairs; niece Caye Skidmore & her husband Ken; great nephew Tim Skidmore & his wife Jeni; great great niece Alannah Skidmore; brother-in-law Jim Dolan. He was preceded in death by his sister Anne Dolan. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Visitation Catholic Church, 34201 County Road 33 Kiowa, Colorado 80117.
