Charles Gilbert Stevens

Charles (Chuck) Stevens of Aurora, CO died April 16, 2017 after a long illness. Born November 5, 1938 in Lexington, NE to Gilbert A. and Rebecca J. (Welliver) Stevens. He was a retired owner of Stevens Excavating, Inc and worked in the greater Denver Metropolitan area for many years for most of the top Home Builders. He was preceded in death by his parents Gilbert and Rebecca; his wife Judy; daughter Teri, and three brothers Robert, Claude and Burton and two sisters Virginia and Ruth. He is survived by his wife Nancy; Grandsons Daryl and Joseph (Tracey) Baraldi; three step-daughters Leean, Mary Kaye and Vicki; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. Chuck will be greatly missed by his family , friends and many former employees who worked for and with Chuck for many years. Graveside service will be held Friday 04/28/2017 at 1000AM at Fairmount Cemetery. Please give your condolences to the Stevens family.
