Chad was born on October 16, 1967 in Denver, Colorado. He lived in a multitude of cities from Denver to Nashville, Minneapolis, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), and Ajman (UAE) before entering high school. Chad graduated high school from the Fountain Valley School in Colorado Springs. He attended American University in Washington, DC for his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. While in college he studied in Argentina and London. Chad graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and went on to serve as counsel for multiple companies as well as developed a freelance corporate consulting firm of his own.
Chad was married to Ann Wei for twelve years and they had two daughters. In 2010, a work opportunity took Chad to Paris, where he was accompanied by his partner, Linsey. Chad moved back to Denver where he managed his own consulting business. Chad was a chaotic mixture of sharpness, imagination, and love.
Chad was preceded in death by his beloved, Linsey Kuykendall and his grandparents. He is survived by his two daughters Mei and Lily, parents John and Jay, brother Blake (Courtney), and two nieces Ella and Elizabeth. Chad leaves behind a wonderful group of friends and family who took joy in knowing him.
