Cheryl Anne Knowles

It is with love in our hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and granny, Cheryl Anne Knowles. Cheryl was born September 5th, 1946, to Mr. and Mrs. Blythe Nance in Cleveland, Ohio. 

She is survived by her daughters, Tamara Hatch (Kenneth) and Tracy Chapman (Timothy). Her grandchildren Ashley Hatch and Xavier Hatch. Her sister Kathy Wilson (John), brothers Jeffrey Nance (Kris), Mark Nance (Jean), Michael Nance (Joy), and Robert Nance (Mandy). Numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Karen. 

Cheryl loved the outdoors. You could often find her playing golf, riding her bike, running, skiing and working in her yard. She loved to take her grandchildren on adventures that included hiking and various educational adventures.

 She worked for Mountain Bell as an Operator starting at the age of 18 and worked her way up into management over the years. Retiring when her first grandchild was born in 2001. She will be greatly missed by all her family.
