Cherylan Kaye Kingsley Michaud (75), of Thornton, Colorado, passed away peacefully in her home July 10, 2023.

She was born on December 8, 1947, to Kenneth and Merle Kingsley in Lamar, Colorado.

Cherylan had devoted her entirely life to beauty and the service of others.   She received scholarships to study Art and Fashion Design at the University of Arizona. She graduated beauty school in 1977 and went on to spend 46 years as a licensed cosmetologist as the owner of two salons, Adorn Styling Salon and Jo's Studio Salon. 

In 1988 she joined the fraternal order of the Women of the Moose, from Senior Regent in 1990 to ultimately serving as a Board Member on the Grand Council of the College of Regents. She was a very active member of local #644 Northglenn Chapter of the WOTM, competing on championship ritual teams both at the state and national level.  She was an active supporter of Moose Charities.

She could light up a room just by entering with her beautiful smile and infectious laugh. She loved the outdoors, especially when the Aspen would change colors here in Colorado.  She was devoted to her family and friends.

Cherylan is survived by her husband, Alan Michaud.  Her three children Susan (Jerry) Crosby, Lawrence (Becky) Michaud and Stephanie (Dwayne) Farris. Her seven grandchildren Mathew Crosby, Allison (Richard) Dechant, Randi (Nathan) Farris, Brandon Michaud, Alexander Farris, Angela (Kurt) Bradshaw, Josh (Chloe) Michaud.  Her four great grand children, Jacob Dechant, Emma Dechant, Ethan Dechant and Arabella Warren. 

Cherylan's Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Horan & McConaty - Cremation Gardens, 11148 E Dartmouth Ave, Denver, CO 80014.

There are no goodbyes for us.
