Chester ""Chet"" J. Smith

Chet, 86, passed away June 15, 2013 with family by his side. Beloved husband of Dolores for nearly 62 years; father of Michael (Carol) Smith, Loretta Fellhauer and Patrick (Christi) Smith; grandfather of Donna (David) Cox, Benjamin (Debbie) Smith, Gina Smith, Laura (Zachariah) Hernandez, Logan Fellhauer, Ryan (Cathy) Smith, Genevieve Fellhauer and Abigail Fellhauer; great grandfather of 8; and brother of Paul (Eleanor) Smith, Leonora Akers and Gertrude (Carl) Petty. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Dollie Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews. Chet's family will receive guests Thursday, June 20, 6 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E Dartmouth Ave, Aurora, with the Rosary Service to begin at 7 PM. Funeral Mass, Friday, June 21, 10:30 AM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 19099 E Floyd Ave, Aurora. Graveside Service Monday, June 24, 2 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
