He is survived by his loving wife Sherry; daughters Wendy and Sherry; grandson Smoky; sons Simon and Brian Head; sisters Phyllis Jane Dunham and Kathleen Shelton; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation, 4:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday; funeral service 10:00 AM Friday, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3201 S. Parker Road. Memorials to the American Heart Association.
