Claire H. Yetter

Claire, 99, of Englewood, passed away peacefully at home on May 21, 2018. She was born in Rochester, New York on October 18, 1918 to her late parents, Fayette M. Herrick & Clara L. Graves. She was a member of First Plymouth Congregational Church and also of P.E.O. Sisterhood. She is survived by her sons, Kip (Bonnie), Dave (Carolyn), and Steve (the late Roberta); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack, and her infant daughter, Jan Elaine. Claire was a graduate of Cornell University. She played the flute in the Schenectady, NY Symphony Orchestra and elsewhere, and was an avid potter and gardener. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 10:00Am at First Plymouth Congregational Church, 3501 S. Colorado Blvd. Englewood, CO 80013. Donations may be made in Claire's name to P.E.O. Chapter CU Scholarship fund and mailed to Anne Purvis, 5436 E. Otero Dr., Centennial, CO 80122.
